Vote for Park Hill School Board

Competence.
Community.
Common Sense.

It’s time for leadership that listens. I’m running to bring smart planning, fiscal responsibility, and practical solutions back to our schools.

Why I'm Running

"I warned the Board that redrawing lines without considering socioeconomic balance would lead to overcrowding. They didn't listen. Now, we have counselors working on stages and interventionists in hallways.

We need leadership that looks at the data, listens to parents, and plans for the future."

About Brandon

A Financial Professional & Devoted Dad

I am not running to build a political career; I am running to build a better future for my family and yours. As a Tax Professional with over 10 years of experience in tax and finance, I have built a career on precision, accountability, and making the numbers add up.

I want to bring that same professional rigor to the Park Hill School Board. Our tax dollars should be treated with respect, ensuring that every cent is directed toward maximizing student success rather than administrative overhead.

My connection to Park Hill is deeply personal. My wife works for the district, and our two daughters attend school here. I see the impact of Board decisions at the breakfast table every morning. I have a vested interest in making Park Hill the best it can be—not just for the taxpayers, but for the students and staff who walk those halls every day.

My Platform

A Better Vision for Park Hill

Fiscal Responsibility

Sensible Remodels. Multi-million dollar renovations shouldn't leave a school looking exactly the same. We must ensure tax dollars improve the student experience.

  • Stop "invisible renovations" like the recent Renner update that focused on kitchens over classrooms.
  • Ensure scope of work prioritizes educational impact (like keeping sinks in classrooms) over administrative changes.
  • Review all facility projects for actual value added to the learning environment.

Smart Planning

Predictable & Preventable. The current overcrowding was predicted by the data, but the Board ignored it.

  • Deploy portable classrooms immediately to provide proper workspace for all staff.
  • No more "counselors on stages" while we determine long-term solutions.
  • Data-driven decisions, not wishful thinking.

Safety & Accountability

Consistent Standards. We must stop punishing those who follow the rules. We should reward staff who work to keep our kids safe and discipline those who bypass policy for special treatment.

  • Reward staff who enforce safety rules, rather than punishing them for doing their job.
  • Discipline those who bypass policy to grant special favors or treatment.
  • Ensure safety protocols are applied consistently to every student and staff member.

Supporting Staff

Letting them do what they do best. Our educators are exhausted by endless district-mandated initiatives. It's time to cut the red tape.

  • Keep teachers in the classroom and protect their plan time.
  • Stop pulling support staff to cover administrative gaps.

Equity in Environment

Paint and Pride. A child's learning environment shouldn't depend on their zip code. Older schools deserve love too.

  • Revitalize older schools like Line Creek, Chinn & Renner.
  • Allow color and murals to brighten older hallways.
  • High School art partnerships to paint murals.

Practical Inclusion

Reallocation of DEIB resources. Move spending from administrative DEIB overhead to direct student support.

  • Audit administrative spending for ROI.
  • Trust our teachers and staff to be inclusive of all students.

"Give our teachers time to do their jobs. Let's keep them out of meetings that could have been an email and get them back in their classrooms!"
